What is considered a wholesale order?
Bulk orders are purchases consisting of 11 or more items of the same style, size and color. Uniform orders for teams of 11 or more are also considered bulk orders.
How to get a quote?
To receive more information about our prices or to receive a quote on a possible order, please contact us and provide us with as many details about the order as possible:
- Exact URL, colors and quantity you are interested in
- The specific reason for bulk order
- The address you want the order to be shipped to
- Alpaca Tamon account email.
- We will charge the amount to a credit card from that account.
- Date on which the order must arrive
- Any potential plans to reorder this product in the future
Once we receive your email, we will contact you regarding whether or not we are able to fulfill the order.
How do you place an order?
Once you have received the quote and decided if you want to proceed, we will send you an invoice. At that time, we will also ask for your payment details. You will be able to review your invoice and confirm your order before proceeding to payment.
Once payment information is received, we will place your order and send you an acknowledgment and tracking information when your order has shipped.
Do you do international wholesale orders?
We study and process international order requests on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer samples?
At this time we do not send samples. If you would like to try a product before ordering, please do so directly through our website's standard checkout process.
Do you offer embroidery/screen printing/other customization services on your products?
At the moment we cannot offer customization of our products. However, we will be happy to ship your bulk order directly to the embroiderer/screen printer of your choice.
Can I place wholesale orders for out of stock items?
If a specific color or size of a product that you would like to order in bulk is out of stock on our website or is only available for pre-order, please feel free to let us know your interest in your note. We will study each wholesale order on a case by case basis.
Can I return all or part of my wholesale order?
At this time we are unable to accept returns on bulk orders.
Do you offer discounts? What discount can I expect on my order?
We offer discounts on qualifying wholesale orders.
Discounts largely depend on various factors such as the style, size and color of the products you order. When we receive information about your bulk order, we will determine the discount we can offer you.
